Ugh, that is ugly smoke.
Oh great Who knows what is being released into the atmosphere? Nothing like the smell of burning plastic to brighten your day. I hope no one is/was hurt!
I hope there are good jobs for the people who can’t work there now.
From the Richmond Palladium Item http://www.pal-item.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070915/NEWS... Warehouse left in ruins Billowing smoke draws hundreds to watch fire destroy 5-story building BY RYAN S. CLARK STAFF WRITER As he maneuvered his way around the basement of a smoky, plastic-filled building, Lt. Larry Groff said he couldn’t see his own hand in front of him. It took Groff 25 seconds to leave the basement, but it took far longer for him and every fire department in Wayne County on Friday to contain a blaze at the Primex Plastic storage facility at 533 N. 15th St. that resulted in damages in the multimillion-dollar range.
