The RWEAC with the Mayor and Commissioner Easterly

On April 24, 2008 the City of Richmond celebrated its designation as an Indiana CLEAN Community and the CLEAN Community goals that come with it.
The designation was sought by the Richmond-Wayne County Environmental Awareness Council.
