When a gas leak is detected in downtown Richmond, people take that pretty seriously. During a routine inspection on a Friday, a leak was found in the line going in to Summersault’s building. On Monday morning, work crews jackhammered apart the sidewalk, replaced the gas line, filled in the concrete, and replaced the decorative bricks. Wow.
